It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 25642 of 2016 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 9th September, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Leave granted. Status quo, obtaining as of today, shall be maintained, in the meanwhile."

It is further submitted that in view of above quoted order, Special Leave Petition(C) No. 25642 of 2016 has been converted to Civil Appeal No. 8891 of 2016.

It is further submitted that Mr. Santhosh Krishnan, Advocate or the Appellants has on 18th October, 2016 filed an application for directions which has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 2. Copy of the same has been placed with Civil Appeal paper books.

It is lastly submitted that there are three Respondents in the instant appeal. Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeals has been issued to all the three Respondents but Certificate of service is awaited from the High Court of Madras.

Service is incomplete.

The application in the matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
