The matter above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 19th August, 2016 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras in W.P No. 23355 of 2013.

It is submitted that there are three Respondents. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are represented by Mr. Prasanth P., Advocate. Certificate of service has been received in respect to of Respondent No. 1 but no one has filed vakalatnama/appearance in respect of respondent No. 1.

Service of notice is complete.

It is further submitted that counsel for the parties have not filed statement of cases and in terms of Order XIX Rule 32(2) Supreme Court Rules, 2013, and its proviso, where the parties do not file statement of cases within the time prescribed, it shall be presumed that the parties do not desire to file statement of cases and they have adopted list of dates/synopsis as statement of cases.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report for pre final hearing.
