UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

1. Heard Mr. Debabrata Dash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is a Public Distribution System Retailer and the allegations against her is misappropriation of 96.10 quintals of rice. Learned counsel would submit that there is adequate explanation for about 74 quintals of Signature with the set it is prepared to cooperate with the estigation of the case.

$\overline{3}$ . Issue notice, returnable in four weeks. 4. The petitioner is granted interim protection from arrest. But she will report to the Investigating Officer at 11.00 a.m. on 16082023.
