UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Applications seeking exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgment are allowed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he has filed additional documents in terms of the permission granted. He submits that the said documents reveals that the provisional list of merit was uploaded on the website of the Commission on 09th March, 2020, after the vacancy position.

3. The aforesaid submission is, however, disputed by learned counsel for the respondents, who states that the provisional merit panel was published by the petitioners on 06th March, 2020 itself. He refers to Annexure P-5 enclosed with the petition.

4. Since learned counsel for the respondents disputes the stand taken by learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners shall demonstrate the time of uploading of the vacancy status of the subject post on the website of the Commission, by filing the relevant logs.

5. Needful shall be done within two weeks.

6. List on 06th October, 2023.
