UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The issue involves in this case initially related to the maintainability of Section 9 and then Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 on the ground that the agreement incorporating arbitration agreement is unstamped and un-registered. 2. Arbitration And Conciliation Act 1996 And The Indian Stamp Act 1899"; 2023 INSC 1066 : 2023 SCC Online SC 1666, the question is completely answered. We set aside the judgment of the High Court and permit the parties to approach the High Court for appointment of the Arbitrator as well as for the grant of interim relief under Section 9.
3. By order dated 26.09.2014, this Court continued the interim order passed by the High Court till further proceedings. We make it clear that this order shall enure to the benefit of the petitioner(s) for the period of four weeks from today.
4. Special Leave Petitions are disposed of in terms of the above order.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
