It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies so far. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued.

SLP (C) NOS. 26732 AND 26734 OF 2016

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has on 15.11.2016 filed additional documents alongwith an application for permission to file additional documents which is registered as I. A. No. 2 in SLP (C) No. 26734 of 2016 and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

Service of notice is complete in both the SLPs.

SLP (C) NOS. 26737 AND 24602 OF 2016

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are five respondents in SLP (C) No. 26737 of 2016 and seven respondents in SLP (C) No. 24602 of 2016. Notice could not be issued on the above SLPs as counsel for the petitioners have not filed the spare copies so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. S. K. Verma, Advocate has filed an application for segregation of matter in SLP (C) No. 26737 of 2016 which is registered as I. A. No. 4 and the same has been included in the paperbooks.

SLP (C) NOS. 26745 OF 2016

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there are seven respondents. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the seven respondents by speed post as well as by dasti mode. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are common with SLP (C) No. 26732 of 2016. As per tracking report, notice have been delivered to respondent Nos. 3 to 5 and 7 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Counsel for the petitioner

has filed proof of dasti service stating therein that notice has been delivered to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 but no one has entered appearance so far. As per tracking report, notice has not been delivered to respondent No. 6 as the postal remarks has been shown as "Door Locked."

SLP (C) NOS. 28737 OF 2016

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 23rd September, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Permission to file special leave petition is granted. Issue notice, returnable within six weeks. Ms. Meera Mathur, learned advocateonrecord accepts notice on behalf of respondent no. 6. Counter affidavit be filed in the meantime. To be heard along with SLP(C) No. 25017 of 2016. "

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there are six respondents in the instant matter. Mr. S. K. Verma, Advocate has filed Caveat on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Ms. Meera Mathur, Advocate has accepted notice and filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 6 but she has not filed counteraffidavit so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies and hence, notice could not be issued to the remaining respondents.

Service of notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 3 to 5.

SLP (C) NOS. 29522 OF 2016

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30th September, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. To be heard along with SLP (C)No. 25017 of 2016 and other connected matters. As prayed for, additional documents may be filed in the meantime."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there are four respondents. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the four respondents by speed post. As per tracking report notice has been delivered to all the four respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 25.11.2016 filed an application for directions with the permission of the Court which has been registered as I. A. No. 2 and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioners has not filed additional documents so far.

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30th September, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

SLP (C) NO. 29523 OF 2016

It is submitted that there is sole respondent in the instant matter. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent by speed post. As per tracking report, notice has not been delivered to the sole respondent with postal remarks 'Insufficient Address'.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners has not filed additional documents so far.

SLP (C) NO. 32178 OF 2016

It is submitted that there are two respondents in the instant matter. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the respondents by speed post. As per tracking report, notice has been delivered to respondent No. 2 but in respect of respondent No. 1, notice has been received back to New Delhi GPO with postal remarks 'Insufficient Address'.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners has not filed additional documents so far.

Service of notice is not complete on respondent No. 1.
