PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL(CIVIL) NOS. 32132, 36274-36275 AND 36278 OF 2016

The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 29th March, 2017, when the following order was passed:-

"Four weeks time, as last chance is given to all the respondents to file the counter affidavit. Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to all the unserved respondents shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of two weeks. List again on 9.5.2017."

Service position of each Special Leave Petition is as under:-

SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL(CIVIL) NO. 32132 OF 2016

It is submitted that in view of the above order, Counsel for the Petitioner has not taken fresh steps for effecting service in respect of respondent Nos. 4 and 6.

It is further submitted that there are ten respondents.

It is also submitted that Mr. T. R. B. Sivakumar, Advocate for respondent No. 7 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is lastly submitted that service is complete in respect of respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 5, 8 to 10 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL(CIVIL) NOS. 36274-36275 OF 2016

It is submitted that in view of the above order, Counsel for the Petitioner has not taken any step to complete service in respect of respondent Nos. 6 and 8.

It is further submitted that there are eleven respondents.

It is further submitted that Mr. K. V. Vijayakumar, Advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in both the matters but he has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. T. R. B. Sivakumar, Advocate for respondent No. 9 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is lastly submitted that service is complete in respect of respondent Nos. 1, 4, 5, 7, 9-11 by track report of postal authority but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL(CIVIL) NO. 36278 OF 2016

It is submitted that in view of the above order, Counsel for the Petitioner has not taken any step to complete service in respect of respondent Nos. 6 and 8.

It is further submitted that there are eleven respondents.

It is also submitted that Mr. K. V. Vijayakumar, Advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is lastly submitted that service is complete in respect of respondent Nos. 1, 4, 5, 7, 9 to 11 as per track report but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL(CIVIL) NO. 433 OF 2017

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not taken fresh steps hence fresh show cause notice could not be issued to all the 11 respondents so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete in all the matters.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office Report.
