The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12th July, 2010, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice.

In the meantime, there shall be stay of operation of the impugned order dated 28.04.2016 passed by the High Court in W.P. No.27405 of 2012 until further orders from this Court."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, common show cause was issued to all the respondents on 20th December, 2016 in all the matters.

SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL(CIVIL) NO. 32132 OF 2016

It is submitted that there are ten respondents. As per track report, article has been delivered to Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 5, 7 to 10 on 22nd , 24th , 26th ,27th and 28th December, 2016 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. In respect of Respondent Nos. 4 and 6 delivery report is still pending.

SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL(CIVIL) NOS. 36274-36275 OF 2016

It is submitted that there are ten respondents. As per track report, article has been delivered to Respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 5, 7, 9 and 10 on 22nd , 24th , 26th ,27th and 28th December, 2016 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. In respect of Respondent Nos. 2, 6 and 8 delivery report is still pending.

SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL(CIVIL) NO. 36278 OF 2016

It is submitted that there are eleven respondents. As per track report, article has been delivered to Respondent Nos. 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 to 11 on 22nd ,24th ,26th ,27th and 28th December, 2016 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. In respect of Respondent Nos. 2, 6 and 8 delivery report is still pending.

Service is incomplete in all the matters.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office Report.
