UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Ld. counsel for the appellant who was granted two weeks time to comply with the office report dated 20.7.2011 with the directions that in case of non compliance, cost will be imposed, has not complied with the directions even now. Ld. counsel for appellant seeks two weeks further time. However, I am inclined to grant one more opportunity of two weeks time on the condition that he deposits Rs.500/ in the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee as cost within two weeks and file proof. If not complied within two weeks, place the matter before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber without any further order. If complied, list on 29.9.2011.
