Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner as also learned counsel for the respondent-State and perused the petition papers including the Counter Statement.

There is no dispute to the fact that subsequently the petitioner has been notified and he has participated in the process of investigation.
If that be so, the interim protection granted on 23.09.2022 shall enure to the benefit of the petitioner till the completion of the process subject to further complying with the requirements under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Pending application(s)shall also stand disposed of.
