There is sole respondent in this matter. Ms. Pallavi Langar, Advocate has filed caveat appearance on behalf of sole respondent but she has not filed counter affidavit, so far.

SLP(C) No.25734 of 2015:

There are 6 respondents in this matter. Ms. Pallavi Langar, Advocate has filed Caveat & Vakalatnama appearance on behalf of the Baranagore Jute Factory plc. And all the 6 respondents are directors of the Baranagore Jute Factory Plc. But she has not filed counter affidavit, so far.

SLP(C) Nos. 2821215 of 2015:

SLP(C) Nos. 28212 & 28214 of 2015:

There are two respondents in this matters. M/s. Pallavi Langar and Satish Vig, Advocates has filed caveat appearance on their behalf but counter affidavit on their behalf has not been filed so far.

Service of notice is complete.

SLP(C) Nos. 28213 & 28215 of 2015:

There are 7 respondents in this matters. Ms. Pallavi Langar, Advocate has filed caveat appearance on behalf of the Barangore Jute Factory Plc. And all the 6 respondents are directors of the Barangore Jute Factory Plc. And Mr. Satish Vig, Advocate has filed caveat appearance on behalf of respondent no.7 but they have not filed counter affidavit on their behalf, so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Sunil Fernandes, Advocate has on 30.06.2016 filed an application for permission to file additional documents which is registered as I.A. Nos. 25. Copy of the same has already been included in the paperbook.
