UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Mr. R. Basant, Mr. Krishnan Venugopal and Mr. Sanjeev Sen, learned senior counsel appearing for the appellants, submit that despite the order passed by this Court, the company is operating by circumventing the orders passed by the Court. Therefore, it is submitted that the amounts received by the company may be directed to be deposited in the account of the company.
The learned counsel appearing for the company submits that
whatever amounts are received by the company are being deposited in the account of the company and as of now, there is an amount of around Rs. 2 Crores in the account. We direct the company that whatever income (receipts in cash or of instruments) is received by the company, the same shall be
