The I.As. and Contempt Petitions abovementioned were listed before Hon'ble Court on 24.4.2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"The learned counsel appearing for the company, on specific instruction, submits that no account of the company in any bank is being operated.

Post on 05.05.2017."

It is submitted that Mr. Sunil Fernandes, Counsel for the appellant in Civil Appeal Nos.430205/2017 has on 1st May, 2017 filed reply to I.A. Nos.1314/2017 in C.A. Nos.4298 99/2017. Copy of the same has been included in I.A. Nos.1314/2017 paper books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rajesh Singh, Advocate, has on 03.05.2017 filed application for intervention with affidavit, Annexures A1A2 alongwith Vakalatnama and appearance in C.A. Nos.429899/2017, which is registered as Interlocutoy Application Nos. 2930. Copy of the same is circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

CONTEMPT PETITION© NOS. 824827 IN C.A. NOS. 43024305 OF 2017 :

It is submitted that there are seven alleged contemnors. Alleged Contemnor Nos. 1 and 2 are represented through Ms. Pallavi Langer Advocate and she has also filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf. Rejoinder Affidavit has also filed. Copies of the same have already been included in the Paper books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Sunil Fernandes, Advocate, has on 03.05.2017 filed proof of dasti service with affidavit on behalf of alleged contemnor nos. 1, 2 and 5 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of contemnor No. 5. Mr. Rabin Majumer, Advocate, has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of alleged contemnor no.7.

Service of Contempt Notice is not complete on Alleged Contemnor Nos. 3, 4 and 6.

CONTEMPT PETITION© NOS. 840842 IN C.A. NOS. 43064307 OF 2017 :

It is submitted that there are nine alleged contemnors. Alleged Contemnor Nos. 1 to 6 are common in Contempt Petition Nos. 824827 of 2017 in which service of notice is complete on Alleged Contemnor Nos. 1, 2 and 5.

Service of Contempt Notice is not complete on Alleged Contemnor Nos. 3, 4, and 6 to 9.

The applications alongwith Contempt Petitions in the matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
