It is submitted that in pursuance of the order quoted above Ms. Pallavi Langar, Advocate has on 21.4.2017 filed Vakalat/Appearance alongwith reply on behalf of alleged contemnor Nos.1 and 2 in Contempt Petition Nos.824827/2017. She has also filed additional documents with application for permission to bring on record additional documents in C.A. Nos.429899/2017. The applications have been registered as I.A. Nos.2728.

Mr. Sunil Fernandes, Counsel for the applicant in Contempt Petition Nos. 824827 of 2017 has on 21.4.2017 filed rejoinder affidavit to counter affidavit of alleged contemnor Nos.12. Copies of the Counter Affidavit and Rejoinder Affidavit have been included in contempt petition Nos. 824 827 of 2017 paper books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Satish Vig, counsel for the appellant has on 21.4.2017 filed reply to I.A. No.2526/2017 in Civil Appeal Nos.429899/2017. Copy of the same is placed alongwith I.A. No.2526/2017.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Rameshwar Prasad Goyal, Counsel for the Applicant in Contempt Petition Nos.840842 of 2017. has on 22.4.2017 at 12.40 P.M filed spare copies of contempt petition. Contempt Notice issued to alleged contemnors through speed post on 22.4.2017
