The appeals abovementioned were allowed by this Hon'ble Court vide Order dated 21st March, 2017. Copy of the Order is annexed as Annexure A1 at Page Nos.1329 of I.A. Paper Books.

It is submitted that Ms. Pallavi Langar , Counsel for the applicant has on 31st March, 2017 filed application for directions and same were mentioned before Hon'ble Court on 31.3.2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"List the application on 05.04.2017."

It is further submitted that in pursuance of the order quoted above applications above mentioned are registered as I.A. No.1314 of 2017. and placed with Appeal paperbooks.

It is also submitted that Mr. Satish Vig, Counsel for the Appellant has on 1st April, 2017 filed applications for dismissal of I.A. Ns1314/12017 filed by counsel for Respondent NO.1. The applications have been registered as I.A. Nos.1516/2017. Copies of the I.As. are placed with Appeal paperbooks.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Sunil Fernandes, Counsel for the Applicant has on 3rd April, 2017 filed applications for intervention alongwith Vakalat/appearance on behalf of intervenor. Mr. Rameshwar Prasad Goyal and Sunil Fernandes Advocates have filed applications for dismissal of I.A. Nos.1314/12017 and and all the applications were mentioned before Hon'ble Court on 3.4.2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Post these interlocutory applications for consideration with IA Nos.1314 of 2017 in Civil Appeal Nos.42984299/2017, which are stated to be listed for hearing on 05.04.2017."

It is submitted that in pursuance of the order quoted above applications above mentioned are registered as I.A. No.1718 and 1920 and 2122 of 2017 and are circulated for the perusal of Hon'ble Court.

The applications in the matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
