The Special Leave Petitions abovementioned have been filed by M/s. Satish Vig, Sunil Fernandes and R.P.Goyal, Advocates against the Judgment and Order dated the 24.07.2015 of the High Court of Calcutta in APOT Nos. 277 and 285 of 2015 and APOT Nos. 277 & 285 of 2015, G.A.Nos. 2328, 2329 & 2369 of 2015 in APOT Nos. 277 & 285 of 2015.

It is submitted that Civil Appeal Nos. 28142815 of 2015 filed by petitioner herein arising out similar issue was disposed off by this Hon'ble Court on 12.03.2015. Copy of the order dated 12.03.2015 is annexed as Annexure P28 at page Nos. 233 to 237.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 10.09.2015 & 22.09.2015 filed additional document alongwith application for permission to file the same which is registered as I.A. Nos. 56 & 78. Copies of the same are circulated to the Hon'ble Court .

It is submitted that instant matter is tagged with SLP(C)Nos. 2573325734 of 2015 as all are arising out of same judgment.

It is further submitted that Petitioner is party in SLP filed against the Order dated 24.07.2015 in G.A. No. 2328 of 2015 in APOT No. 277 of 2015 and G.A. No. 2329 of 2015 in APOT No. 285 of 2015 before High Court.
