UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Ms. Samapika Biswal, learned counsel submits that the matters pertain to Shiksha Karmi Scheme, which has since been scrapped in the State of Odisha and the High Court dismissed the writ petition filed by the State preferred against the adverse order of the tribunal, only on the ground of delay. The counsel submits that this case is similar to the one filed by the State of Odisha numbered as SLP (Civil) Diary No. 29165 of 2023.

Issue notice both on the applications for condonation of delay as also on the Special Leave Petitions.
