In SLP(C)No.4050/20110 service is complete. Respondent No. 4 has filed counter affidavit. No counter affidavit has been filed by the remaining respondents. In SLP(C)No.4088/2010 respondent No. 3 has filed counter affidavit. The remaining respondents have not filed counter affidavit. ..3/- Item No.24 : 3 : In SLP(C)No.940 and 4595/2010 respondent No. 4 has filed counter affidavit. The remaining respondents have not filed counter affidavit. In SLP(C)No.30478/2010 none of the respondent has filed counter affidavit. In all the above cases, the remaining respondents have not filed counter affidavit inspite of last opportunity granted. No further steps. Hence, place the matters before the Hon'ble Court, as per Rule. In SLP(C)No.7088/2010 await return of notice of respondent No. 4. In SLP(C)No.28052/2010 office to verify as to whether respondent No.5 has been served. In SLP(C)No.15817/2010 await return of notice of respondent No. 4 and 5. In SLP(C)No.36013/2010 service is complete. Counter affidavit has not been filed by any of the respondents. However, it is reported that respondent No.1 has died. An application for substitution of the Lrs. has been filed which is defective. Ld. counsel for the petitioner is directed to cure the defects within four weeks as a last chance. Advocate Mr. R.C. Kaushik has not filed no objection from the previous counsel in the cases in which fresh Vakalatnama has been filed. The counsel was directed to file fresh Vakalatanama not yet filed inspite of last opportunity granted. However, four more weeks time granted as a last chance on the condition that he deposits Rs.500/- in the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee as cost and file proof. If proof of deposit is not filed
