UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Despite our order dated 31st March, 2017, Mr. Rakesh J. Gandhi is not present. We had also ordered the personal appearance of Mr. Chunni Lal Jain, tenant in Shop No.8.

As per the office report dated 27th April, 2017, Mr. Chunni Lal Jain has also been served, but he is not present in Court today.

Issue bailable warrants for the arrest of Mr. Rakesh J. Gandhi and Mr. Chunni Lal Jain. On being arrested, they may be released on furnishing bail of Rs.50,000/ each to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. Both of them should be present in Court on the next date of hearing.

List the matters on 4th August, 2017.
