UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Counter Affidavit be filed within four weeks.
Rejoinder Affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
In the meantime, final decree shall not be passed in FDP No. 133 of 2014 pending before the City Civil Judge, Bangalore.
The learned counsel on either side have submitted that the parties are closely related to each other and they would explore the possibility of resolving the dispute among them if the matter is referred to a Mediation Centre.
Accordingly, we refer the matter to Bangalore Mediation Centre, Bangalore, Karnataka, to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties.
The said mediation centre shall issue notice to the concerned parties so that the mediation can commence as soon as possible.
The Incharge, Bangalore Mediation Centre, after making an endeavour for amicable resolution of the disputes, shall submit a report to this Court within a fortnight after the mediation is over.
