It is submitted that mediation report dated 05.08.2015 has been received from Bangalore Mediation Centre stating therein that case could not be resolved by mediation. Copy of Mediation Report has already been included in the paper books.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 1, 2, 7, 8 and 11 in SLP(C) No. 29368/2014 and respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in SLP(C) No. 29369/2014.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
