The appeals abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on

09.04.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay in filing the applications for substitution is condoned. The applications for substitution are allowed. Let the cause title be amended accordingly. Delay in filing the special leave petition in S.L.P. (C) No. 22346 of 2014 is condoned. Leave granted in all the special leave petitions. Learned counsel for the legal representatives seeks permission to appear on their behalf. Permission is granted. Four weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the parties to file additional documents. Let the record from the High Court be called for. List these matters on 19th August, 2015."

It is submitted that cause title has been amended and same has been included in appeal paper books.

It is further submitted that pursuant to abovementioned order Mr. E.M.S Anam, counsel for the Respondent has on 11.08.2015 filed additional documents alongwith applications for condonation of delay in filing additional documents & application for exemption from filing official translation in Civil Appeal No. 3674 of 2015 which are registered as I.A Nos. 6 & 7 respectively. The same have been included in the appeal paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that counsel for the appellant has on 11.09.2015 filed two applications i.e. application for permission to file additional documents with Annexure P 22P 31(which is registered as I.A. No. 8) and application for permission to file for directions for filing official translation (which is registered as I.A. No. 9). Both the applications are circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

Service is complete in all the appeals.
