The appeals abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on

14.10.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"List the matters for regular hearing on 24th November, 2015.

Additional documents, if any, may be filed by the parties.

Pleadings be completed in the meantime."

It is submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above no additional documents have been received so far.

Service is complete in all the appeals.

It is further submitted that Mr. A. Raghunath, counsel for the Appellant has on 21.11.2015 has filed statement of case on behalf of the Appellant. The same is already included in the appeal paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. P. K . Manohar, counsel for the Appellant has on 21.11.2015 has filed statement of case on behalf of the Appellant. The same is already included in the appeal paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

CIVIL APPEAL Nos. 8789 AND 8790 of 2015

The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.10.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order: .

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the relevant material. Exemption from filing O.T. is granted.

Permission to file additional documents is granted. Leave granted. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Tag with Civil Appeal No.3674 of 2015.

In the meantime, insofar as the religious services are concerned interim arrangement made by the Collector to continue under the supervision of either the Collector or his nominee."

It is submitted that Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal is issued to all the Respondents in both the Appeals through High Court alongwith dasti through Advocate for Appellant. Certificate of service from High Court is awaited. Respondent Nos.1 to 10 in C.A. No.8789 of 2015 and Respondent Nos.1 to 10 and 17 in C.A. No.8790 of 2015 are represented by Mr. E.M.S. Anam, Advocate. As per affidavit of dasti service filed on 16.11.2015 by counsel of the Appellant in (Civil Appeal No. 8789 of 2015), Respondent Nos. 11 to 14 has been served with notice but no one has entered appearance so far and as per affidavit of dasti service filed on 19.11.2015 by counsel of the Appellant (in Civil Appeal No. 8790 of 2015), Respondent Nos. 11 to 16 has been served with notice but no one has entered appearance so far.

It is further submitted tht Mr. P. K. Manohar, counsel for the Appellant has on 04.12.2015 filed application for permission to file additional documents with separate Volume I to XII (which is registered as I.A. No. 3) and is circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted tht Mr. P. K. Manohar, counsel for the Appellant has on 15.12.2015 filed application for permission to file additional document i.e. Annexure P37 (which is registered as I.A. No. 4) and is circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

Service is complete in both the Appeals.

CIVIL APPEAL No. 2036 of 2010

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.10.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"List the matter along with Civil Appeal No. 3674 of 2015."

Service of notice of lodgment of petition of appeal is complete.

As per directions Original Record has been returned to the concerned High Court.

It is submitted that counsel for both the parties have filed their respective statement of case and copy of the same has been included in Appeal paper books.
