In view of the amendments in the Supreme Court Rules, which are going to be made effective from 19.08.2014 it may not be necessary to file the statement of case.

Two weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the appellant to file two more complete sets of paper books of Petition of Appeal may the present appeals are tagged with C.A. Nos. 2628-2637 of 2010, which has already been referred to Constitution Bench (Five Hon'ble Judge Bench)"

It is submitted that counsel for the Appellant has filed statement of case but counsel for the other Respondents have not filed statement of case, except Respondent No. 1 in person and in terms of Order XIX Rule 32(2) of Supreme Court Rules, 2013 and its proviso, where a Respondent does not file statement of case within time prescribed, it shall be presumed that the party does not desire to file statement of case.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court as "Pre-final Category" with this office report.
