It is submitted that Mr. Satish Madiyal, Advocate has on 13.04.2013 filed an application for impleadment/respondent in Civil Appeal No. 3305/1997 and after curing the defects same has been registered as I.A. No. 2 and placed with appeal paper books.
It is further submitted that Mrs. Kanchan Kaur Dhodi, Advocate for the appellant has on 07.03.2014 filed in C.A. No. 3309/1997 additional objection to the report of local inspection concluded on 19.01.2013 by the Dy. Commissioner, Bangalore Urban District (of I.A. No.13 in Civil Appeal No. 3303/1997) and same has been included in the paper books.
It is lastly submitted that Mrs. Kanchan Kaur Dhodi, Advocate has on 07.03.2014 filed Contempt Petition in C.A. No. 3309/1997 on behalf of the appellant no. 1 viz Indrakashi Devi for deliberate and defiant violation of order of status quo passed on 30.04.1997 and order dated 25.01.2001 passed in I.A. No. 3 in C.A. No. 3310 of 1997 and the same has been registered as Contempt Petition No. 237 of 2014. The Contempt Petition Nos. 188-189 of 2013 already filed in C.A. No. 3309-3310/1997 by Mrs. Lalitha Kaushik, Advocate are pending in these matters.
The applications, contempt petition and appeals above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
