We are told that some applications for permission have not been dealt with by the authorities. Mr. Sanjay R. Hegde, learned counsel submits that if any such application is pending, the same shall be dealt with within a period of one month and the result shall be communicated to the applicant. I.A. No.12 is disposed of accordingly.

So far as the other matters are concerned, list the same in the first week of February, 2008. Counter if any, to the interim application filed, shall be filed within three weeks.
