The office report indicates that the Ld. Counsel for the petitioners has failed to file the affidavit of valuation despite order dated 10.3.2016 of the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber. However, Counsel for the petitioner has filed an affidavit instead of affidavit of valuation, praying therein for direction to dispense with the filing of valuation.
