UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

ORDER

Civil Appeal No. 9332/2022

Respondent Nos. 2, 6 & 7 are duly represented. However, as requested, four weeks time is granted to respondent No.2 to file counter affidavit.

No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3,4,5 & 8, despite due service of notice.

NLPA issued to Respondent No. 1(UOI), has been received back, with remarks, "incomplete address".

At this stage, Mr. G.S. Makker, AOR appears for Respondent No. 1. He seeks and is granted four weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

Additionally, two weeks time is granted to petitioner to serve copy of NLPA to the concerned standing counsel and file proof.

List again on 21.07.2023.

Four weeks time, is granted to learned counsel for the appellant to file application for substitution, to bring on record lrs. of the deceased Respondent No. 9.
