UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Four weeks time is given to the respondent Nos. 1 and 8 to file the counter affidavit.

Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 2 to 5, 7,9,11,12,14, 18, 21 and 22 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

As per tracking report notice issued to the respondent Nos. $\frac{5.42 \cdot 25}{6.7}$ , 10, 13, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 23 and 24 could not be served and returned back undelivered. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the
