"With respect to respondent No.1, petitioner still to take fresh steps to effect service. However, the Ld. Advocate, Mr.Laksh, appearing on behalf of Ms. Bina Madhavan, Advocate-on-record has appeared for respondent No.1. Vakalatnama and counter affidavit be filed within the respective stipulated time period. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to provide the complete set of the pleadings to respondent No.1. Counter affidavit of respondent No.2 is awaited. Be filed within four weeks' time. Time for respondent No.3 to file the counter affidavit stands expired. List again on 7.8.2015."

There are three Respondents

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed proof of service of pleadings on Ms. Bina Madhavan, Advocate who has appeared on behalf of Respondent No. 1 but no one entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 so far. Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 has not filed counteraffidavit so far.

Service of Show cause notice is not complete.
