1. The dispute between the parties has been referred to the Lok Adalat for exploring the possibility of settlement.

2. Learned counsel for the parties states that a settlement, by way of a settlement agreement, has arrived at between the petitioner nos. 1 to 6 and the respondent no.10-University. A copy of the said settlement agreement

is placed before us and the same is taken on record and made a part of this Order/Award.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that some of the private respondents have not been served for which, counsel for the petitioner(s) has already filed an application seeking deletion of said respondent(s).

4. Hence, list the matter before the concerned Court.
