UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition and circulated a letter in this regard, with liberty to pursue the review petition filed before the High Court.

REST OF THE MATTERS

1. Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.

2. Mr. S. Niranjan Reddy, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that insofar as the 21 petitioners Professors are concerned, they will not be disturbed and will be continued on the post of Professor, until further orders. 3. Needless to state that insofar as rest of the posts are

concerned, the University or the State would be at liberty to continue with the selection process.
