The matter above-mentioned has been filed by Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate, on behalf of the Petitioners against the Final Judgment and Order dated 27th March, 2015, 13th July, 2015, 11th August, 2015 and 27th July, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature of Madras in CMA No. 945 of 2011, High Court of Orissa at Cuttack in W.P. (c) No. 14751 of 2010, High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in Tax Appeal No. 453 of 2015 and High Court of Orissa, Cuttack in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 8589 of 2015, respectively. There is delay of 148, 60, 25 and 45 days in filing the SLPs, respeactively.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 32127 of 2015 @ SLP (C) CC No. 19750 of 2015 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 5th November, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue notice and tag with SLP (C) No. 28309 of 2015 and the same is pending for hearing. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 5th November, 2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) CC Nos. 22580, 22586 and 22668 of 2015 have been tagged with SLP (C) CC No. 22327 of 2015 as all are ariing out of similar issue.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report Dated this the 22nd Day of December, 2015.
