It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Dr. Monika Gusain, Advocate on 28.08.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 03.09.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA NoS. 5906, 5908, 5928, 5930, 5945, 5954, 5956, 5960, 5962 and 5900 of 2012 (O & M) along with the application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 269 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 18 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 287 days in filing and refiling the SLP.
It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No. 1748 of 2016 Entitled Jai Narain & Anr. Versus Land Acquisition Collector & Anr. as both are arising out of common relied upon Order.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
