It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) No. 8357 of 2016 entitled BABU P.V.Vs. STATE OF KERALA AND ORS. referred to on Annexure P6 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18.04.2016, when the Court granted leave and consequently the said SLP was registered as Civil Appeal No. 4096 of 2016 and the same is pending (Copy of record of proceeding dated 18.04.2016 has been Annexed as Annexure P6 at Page No. 61 of the SLP paperbooks for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

The application alongwith matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
