In the meantime, let the petitioner's husband be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Detaining Authority on such conditions, as may be considered necessary by the Detaining Authority, including deposit of the passport of the Detenue and other conditions relating to his movements. Such conditions may also include directions to the detenue to report to the local police station [Dadar Police Station, Mumbai] everyday at 10.00 a.m. till the next date of hearing. The detenue shall maintain a record of his appearance before the local police station in terms of this Order.
