The respondent No.3 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

Service of notice is complete on the respondent No.4, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of respondent No.1 & 2 within four weeks.Dasti in addition is permitted.

SLP(C) No.24809/2015

Service of notice is complete on the respondent No.23, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of respondent No.21 & 22 within four weeks.Dasti in addition is permitted.

The respondent Nos.1-20 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

SLP(C) No.25266/2015

Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.1,3 & 4, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of respondent Nos.2 & 5-7 within four weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted.

SLP(C) No.25335/2015

The respondent No.1 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.2 & 4, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of respondent No.3 within four weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted.

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that there are four respondents in this matter. Counsel for Respondent No. 3 has not filed the counter-affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 4 so far. Counsel for the petitioners filed the copies of pleadings and accordingly fresh show cause notice was issued to unserved Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 through registered A.D. post on 11.2.2016. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

SLP (C) 24809 of 2015

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that there are 23 respondents in this matter. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 23 so far. Counsel for the petitioners filed copies of pleadings and accordingly fresh show cause notice was issued to unserved Respondent Nos. 21 and 22 on 11.2.2016 through registered A.D. post. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back from Respondent Nos. 21 and 22 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 21 and 22.

SLP (C) 25266 of 2015

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that there are 7 respondents in this matter. Ms. Liz Mathew, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 but has not filed the counter-affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 so far. Counsel for the petitioners filed copies of pleadings and accordingly fresh show cause notice was issued to unserved Respondent Nos. 2, 5, 6 and 7 on 11.2.2016 through registered A.D. post. Dasti was also endorsed to the Counsel for the petitioners but he has not filed the affidavit with proof of service so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back from Respondent Nos. 2, 5, 6 and 7 so far.

SLP (C) 25335 of 2015

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that there are 4 respondents in this matter. Counsel for Respondent No. 1 has not filed the counter-affidavit so far. No one

has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 so far. Counsel for the petitioners filed copy of pleadings and accordingly fresh show cause notice was issued to unserved Respondent No. 3 through registered A.D. post on 12.02.2016. Dasti was also endorsed to the Counsel for the petitioners but he has not filed the affidavit with proof of service so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No. 3.
