UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

O R D E R

Respondent no.1 has already filed counter affidavit.

Despite due service on respondent nos.3, 5, 7, 9 and 11 to 13, there is no appearance.

The notice issue to respondent no.8 is returned with postal remark "refused". Hence, there is deem service on said respondent and there is no appearance.

SLP stands dismissed in respect of respondent nos.2, 4 and 10 vide order dated 13.4.2023.

Service is awaited in respect of respondent no.6. However, Ld. Counsel seeks and is granted one weeks time, to take fresh steps for effecting service upon said respondent.

List again on 22.08.2023.
