UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

O R D E R

Despite due service, none appears on behalf of respondent nos. 5, 7, 9 and 11 to 13.

As per office report, counter affidavit has not been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 3. However, Mr. Sindoora VNL, submits that he has already filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 1 on Saturday. If so filed, same be taken on record. It is further submitted by Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent no. sommy that he had filed vakalatnama only on behalf of respondent no. 1 A comparison of the office Report. A comparison of the office Report. Reason of the office Report. Registry to verify the records and correct office report accordingly.

One week time, as a last chance, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner to file application for substitution for bringing on record Lrs. of deceased respondent nos. 2 and 4.

Ld. counsel for petitioner has failed to take fresh steps and furnish fresh particulars, for effecting service upon respondent no. 6. However, as prayed, one week time, is granted to Ld. Counsel for petitioner to take fresh steps and furnish fresh particulars in respect of said respondent.

Hence, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
