Office to rectify the data base accordingly. The learned counsel seeks and is given four weeks' time for filing the counter affidavit. The other served respondents may also file their Counter affidavit within the period stipulated above, in case they choose to do so. Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos. 1(i), 2 and 4. List again on 11.8.2014.
