UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that they have no objection in returning the land provided the money received by the land owners is refunded.

Learned counsel appearing for the land-owners submit that they have no objection in refunding the money which they have received in case they get back the land. We direct both the parties to file their respective affidavits in this regard.

In the affidavit filed by the petitioners-land owners, it shall be made clear as to what would be the rate of interest which they would pay to the respondent-State.
