It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Mukul Kumar, Advocate on 23.8.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 28.5.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos.7715, 7732, 7738, 7750, 8219, 8416, 8417, 8418, 8420, 8422, 8424, 8425, 8426, 8742, 8748, 9609, 9637, 930, 10433, 10434/2014, 49/2015, 7744, 7754, 7756, 7757, 8215, 8218, 8332 and 10432/2014 alongwith application for permission to file Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased appellant namely Tara Chand in RFA No. 7715/2014, Ram Pyari in RFA No. 8218/2014 which is barred by time by 354 and 356 respectively days and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application with prayer for setting

aside abatement.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No.2539525397/2016 Entitled LOVELEEN KUMAR ETC. vs STATE OF HARYANA AND ORS. as both are arising out of common order.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
