UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

C.A. No. 1247/2018

On 17.9.2019 following order was passed:

"Ld. Counsel Mr Jitender Kumar appearing on behalf of Mr Kundan Kumar Mishra, Advocate-on-record appeared on behalf of the sole respondent on 15.7.2019 and sought time for filing vakalatnama but the same has not been filed hence, ld. Counsel for the appellant to take fresh steps alongwith complete address to effect service on the sole respondent within two weeks time as last opportunity. List again on 6.12.2019."

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for effecting service on the sole respondent despite last opportunity having been granted in view of the above order. However, ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks further time. Two weeks time is granted as strictly last chance. If fresh steps are not taken within two weeks time, as such, registry to process the matter as per rules for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for orders. If fresh steps are taken within two weeks time, process as per rules and list again on 6.3.2020.
