This is an appeal by Special Leave granted by this Hon'ble Court on 30/8/2010.

There are 36 respondents in the appeal abovementioned. Respondent Nos.1 and 3 are are represented through Mr. Shekhar Kumar, Respondent Nos.1418 through Mr. G. Rama Krishna Prasad and Respondent Nos.1920 through Mr. Satish Vig, Advocates. Service of notice is complete on Respondent Nos.5, 6, 8, 10 and 13 at SLP stage but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Name of Respondent Nos.2, 4, 7, 9, 1112 and 21 to 36 deleted from the array of parties vide Court's Orders dated 12.12.2006, 1.5.2008 and 21.1.2009.

It is further submitted that counsel for respondent no 1 and 3 has filed statement of case but neither counsel for the appellant nor respondent nos 14 to 18 and 19 to 20 have filed statement of case so far.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar for PreFinal hearing under Order V Rule 30 SCR 2013.
