affidavit on 16.2.2023, and makes prayer that they be granted permission to file detailed counter affidavit. I do not see any plausible reason and the prayer is hereby declined. However, in case they file the same, Registry to make a specific mention of the fact in the office report while placing the matter before the Hon'ble Court.

Service is complete on respondent Nos.3 to 9 but none has entered appearance.
