2 UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

A letter for adjournment has been circulated by respondent no. 1 praying for four weeks time for filing counter affidavit. A perusal of the order sheet shows that the said respondent has earlier also sought adjournment on the same ground and today the date of hearing was fixed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has opposed the said adjournment by way of filing an objection to the said letter.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, it is directed that respondent no. 1 shall have two weeks time to file the counter affidavit. The petitioner shall have one week time to file the rejoinder affidavit thereafter.

List immediately after three weeks.
