UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

After hearing Mr. H.N. Salve, learned senior counsel, Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned Attorney General for India, Mr. Shyam Divan, learned senior counsel and Mr. B.H. Marlapalle, learned senior counsel for respective parties, in order to appreciate the stand of the petitioner as well as the respondents, we deem it proper to direct the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai to direct its officials to inspect the construction site and file a report as to the height of the building from ground level at which the construction has gone so far and the number of floors constructed up to 28 meters height. The report shall be filed within two weeks from today.
List on 10.11.2014.
In the meantime, petitioners to take necessary steps to serve unserved respondents.
