Ltd., as per the extant guidelines/building norms/bye-laws. However, any decision taken will not be implemented, or even communicated to the appellant, Vasant Sagar Properties Pvt. Ltd., without the permission of this Court. The decision will be produced before this Court in a sealed cover on the next date of hearing.
