Ld.counsel for the sole respondent in SLP(C) No.10837, 10839, 10842, 10843, 10844 and 10848/13 has filed vakalatnama in the name of M/s M.S.Freight Carriers(I) P.Ltd. though respondent name shown in the SLP as M/s M.S.Freight (I) P.Ltd.

Ld.counsel for the respondent was directed to clarify this difference in the name. Ld.counsel refers to page 6 of SLP(C) No.10844/13 and submit that the name of the respondent was clearly shown as M/s M.S.Freight Carriers(I) P.Ltd.

It is further pointed out by the Ld.counsel that in the remaining SLPs the word "carriers" is missing. In the light of the above, it is further contended that there is no mistake in the vakalatnama filed by him and does not require further correction. He further submits that in the proceedings before the Court below the name carrier was mentioned, though not carried forward mistakely by the petitioner. Hence, Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to amend the cause title accordingly. The respondent is granted time for filing counter affidavit as a last chance.

In all other remaining cases, await return of notice of the unserved respondents. The served respondents are granted time for filing counter affidavit.
