In the course of hearing, we have been apprised that more than 520 toddy shops have been closed. Mr. V. Giri, learned senior counsel appearing for the State of Kerala would contend that all the foreign liquor shops have already been shifted.

Mr. Raju Ramachandran, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is difficulty in the shifting of the toddy shops because of other rule position.

Mr. Giri shall file an affidavit with regard to the shifting of foreign liquor shops and also the possibility of shifting of toddy shops and impediments thereon. Let the affidavit be filed within two weeks hence.

List the matter after two weeks.
